Application Process Step by Step


Step One
 

• Submit an application by email to pm@cornerstonerentals.ca
   

• You can download the application at http://www.cornerstonerentals.ca

After your application has been reviewed - Staff from Cornerstone Landing will contact you to submit the following supporting documentation.

*Due to the volume of applications submitted, we can contact only eligible applicants who meet criteria for tenancy.

Step Two

Application Requirements Checklist
 

• Copy of Government issued ID for all residents over the age of 19
   

• Proof of income in the form of one of the following:
   

• Last Year's Notice of Assessment if you are a student or self employed
   

• 3 most recent pay stubs
   

• Letter on company letterhead confirming wage and employment status
   

• Proof of Income Assistance
   

• 3 months most recent worth of bank statements/ Highlighting any additional income for example,

  GST, child support or child tax benefits
   

• Void Cheque or auto withdrawal form

Step Three

Once your application and eligibility requirements are approved, you will be contacted by Cornerstone Landing for an interview and tour. Please bring your pet to the interview
